We are looking for a Campaign Manager specialized in the analysis, definition, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Focused on results analysis and conversion optimization. With 3 to 5 years of experience.

You will be part of the Fail Fast team, a digital studio with over 70 multidisciplinary profiles that daily improve products, services, and brands through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certification in multiple specialties. All of this in offices located in Barcelona, just a stone's throw from the beach. Sun, art, fun... Tempting, to say the least!

What will you do?

  • Strategic definition of 360º campaigns for major brands based on data analysis of customer and/or user behavior.
  • Identification of business and communication opportunities through Customer Journey analysis.
  • Analysis and optimization of the conversion funnel and customer lifecycle.
  • Creation of conversion improvement proposals across different channels: web, eCommerce, app, email, social media, SEM/SERP, display, advertising campaigns, SMS/Push.
  • Strategic planning, management, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Content proposal and direction.
  • Data analysis and evaluation of the results from different actions and media used.
  • Direct communication with clients and creation of presentations and results reports.
  • Generation of content ideas for digital projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Professional experience of 3 to 5 years or more.
  • Experience in campaigns on eCommerce channels.
  • Native Catalan speaker.
  • Assertive communication skills and ability to synthesize.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Self-organization and proactivity skills.
  • Experience managing marketing, creativity, and/or communication teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM/SERP and Paid Social.
  • Knowledge in CRO.
  • Proficiency in these (or similar) tools: Campaign management: Adobe Campaign; Behavioral analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics; Segmentation and A/B testing: Adobe Target, Google Optimize; Insight platform: QlikView, QlikSense.

Valuable:

  • Knowledge of new trends in digital marketing.
  • Experience in Growth Hacking.
  • Experience in international projects (English).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with special attention to detail.
