At Fail Fast, we're seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. You'll work across the entire product design process, from discovery to final delivery. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other key teams to deeply understand user needs, align objectives, and design impactful, human-centered solutions.

You'll be part of the Fail Fast team, a digital studio with over 90 multidisciplinary professionals who continuously enhance products, services, and brands through design and communication. You'll have access to a growth program featuring Power-Up sessions and mentoring, along with co-creation spaces and opportunities to train and certify in various specialties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead the complete product design process: problem definition, user research, ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to thoroughly understand user problems and ensure we're solving the right ones.
• Translate insights into clear design concepts, user flows, and intuitive interactions that address real needs.
• Drive rapid concept validation through prototypes, user testing, and iterative design cycles.
• Utilize AI tools for quick prototyping and idea validation, accelerating decision-making and involving teams early on.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the design system and help maintain consistency across the entire platform.
• Facilitate design review sessions and effectively communicate your design decisions to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Influence, negotiate, and build alignment in multidisciplinary environments, advocating for user-centered solutions while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Act as a change agent, helping teams adopt best practices in design and product within an evolving organization.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a context of constant transformation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer working on digital products, ideally on complex platforms or in B2B environments.
• Strong ability to work across the entire product design lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product Managers to define product problems and opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills in decision-making with other teams.
• Solid competencies in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in dynamic and changing environments.
• Experience using AI tools for design, rapid prototyping, or concept validation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for user needs and design quality.
• A resilient, adaptable individual comfortable navigating ambiguity and promoting clarity.
• English proficiency (C1-C2).
