EFFECTIVE RESERVATIONS

GNAHS  entrusted us with the mission of enhancing the user experience on its B2B platform, specialized in room reservation management for the hotel industry.

We established two specific objectives: firstly, to optimize the usability of the application interface to facilitate the completion of the various processes that the user carries out within the platform.
Secondly, to improve the conversion capability of the public reservation engine integrated into the booking process for its clients.

A SIMPLE EXPERIENCE

We prioritized simplicity in the interface design to avoid information overload. With this in mind, we created an organized structure with a logical arrangement of elements and utilized a color palette that allowed us to highlight key information. This ensured a clear visual hierarchy and a more effective user experience.

An Effective Booking Engine

Our proposal was a booking engine focused on enhancing conversion. For this reason, we designed an intuitive, simple, and straightforward user experience, using clear visual elements that highlighted relevant information persuasively.
